Blackout curtains
The 12856 & 12846 locks from HEOSafe have been developed in such a way that they can be used in combination with a rollo (blackout curtain) from Dometic, Remis or others. In some cases, the finishing cap of the blackout curtain must be adjusted for a correct fit. A free mounting template is included, so that the set can be easily mounted.

Assembly instructions for Dometic SP300 shade
With the Dometic SP300 shade, the mounting hole for the plastic frame is exactly on the line of the saw template. The shade of the blackout is usually sawn off below this mounting hole.
If there is slack, move the shade up slightly to maintain the recess of the mounting hole in its entirety before making the cut. If this space is not available, leave at least part of the recess so that the screw has sufficient grip when clamping the frame.
The cap of the screw will also have to be adjusted, use sandpaper or a file for this. Then glue the cap back into the recess.
